Book Secret: You gain Sylvan, the language of woodland creatures and communicate them.

Level Name Effect
0 Commune With Nature You gain an enhancement bonus to your handle animal skill equal to 1+1/2 your caster level rounded up. This last 24 hours.
1 Animal Empathy Animals do not consider you hostile unless the you take a hostile action toward the animal. This lasts a number of minutes equal to 1/2 your caster level rounded up.
2 Repel Vermin An invisible barrier holds back vermin. A vermin with Hit Dice of less than one-third your level cannot penetrate the barrier. A vermin with Hit Dice of one-third your level or more can penetrate the barrier if it succeeds on a Will save. This spell has a casting time of one hour and affects a radius of 5 ft x Int modifier around you and lasts for 1 month.
3 Dominate Animal You gain control over a single animal. You can communicate only basic commands, such as “come here,” “go there,” “fight,” “stand still,” and so on. The animal will not do things that are suicidal. Your commands are not telepathic. The creature must be able to hear you. This lasts a number of minutes equal to 1+1/2 your caster level rounded up. The target of this spell is subject to a will save if they make the save the spell lasts for 1d4 rounds.
4 Hold Animal You gain a ranged touch attack that paralyzes animals. A paralyzed character is frozen in place and unable to move or act. A paralyzed character has effective Dexterity and Strength scores of 0 and is helpless, but can take purely mental actions. A winged creature flying in the air at the time that it becomes paralyzed cannot flap its wings and falls. A paralyzed swimmer can’t swim and may drown. A creature can move through a space occupied by a paralyzed creature. This effect lasts a number of rounds equal to your wisdom modifier. The target of this spell is subject to a will save. The spell lasts a number of minutes equal to 1/2 your caster level rounded up.
5 Summon Animal Summons an animal to assist you in combat. The animal can be chosen from the Summon Animal List. You can spend a number of extra spell points equal to 1/2 your caster level rounded up to enhance this spell. If you do the animal gains a level point for each spell point spent in this way. It remain under your control a number of minutes equal to 1/2 your caster level rounded up. At the end of the duration the animal becomes hostile and you must make a handle animal check DC equal to the number of minutes the animal has been under your control to attempt to prevent the animal from running. After that the animal can be tamed via normal means. This spell requires concentration.
6 Animal Transformation You can turn into any ground Common Animal. You retain all of your metal attributes and gain the physical attributes of the animal. In addition you can spend Sp equal to 1/2 your caster level rounded up to gain level points for this form. Creatures who polymorph keep their worn or held equipment if the new form is capable of wearing or holding it. Otherwise, it melds with the new form and ceases to function for the duration of the polymorph. You are unable to speak and sound just like a standard animal of the type. Everything else remains the same. This lasts a number of minutes equal to 1/2 your caster level rounded up. You can change back early if you choose but this ends the effect of the spell. When you change back you return with the amount of HP you had when you turned into the animal. This spell requires concentration.
